DESCRIPTION:Easter Trail\nPieces the Rabbit needs help to find all the missing Easter eggs that have been scattered around The Piece Hall. \nRumour has it that the eggs have been hidden in the shop windows around the balconies and even amongst the market stalls! \nOur Easter trail can be collected from the Visitor Centre and children will need to explore the building to find all the missing eggs and record how many they have found on their trail sheet. \nOnce they have completed the trail then they can come and collect their prize from the Learning Studio and join in the crafting fun. \nFace painting and glitter tattoos availble for a small extra chrge. \nSome walk ups will be availbale but early booking is advised to avoid disapointment.

DESCRIPTION:Halifax Urban Trail\nThe Piece Hall is one of the key locations for the very first Halifax Urban Trail this April. \nStarting at Shibden Hall\, around 500 people will be running through Halifax’s greatest buildings and landmarks. \nRunners travel through from the home of Anne Lister – ‘Gentleman Jack’\, along tracks and paths to Beacon Hill\, the viewpoint high over the town of Halifax. \nAnd then\, having descended into the heart of the town\, they’ll discover some of Halifax’s most iconic landmark buildings… including Halifax Minster\, the Borough Market\, Town Hall and Dean Clough Mills\, by actually running through them. \nIf you aren’t taking part\, grab your spot in The Courtyard to watch this historic event! \nAnd it’s all to help raise funds for our local Calderdale hospice\, Overgate\, which is fundraising for its very ambitious new building project.
