An Evening of Cosy Christmas Crime
Announcing the return of a popular seasonal event as crafty Christmas crime writers Sarah Dunnakey and JM Hall join us for an Evening of Cosy Christmas Crime at The Book Corner. They’ll be pulling back the curtains and breaking out the mince pies as Sarah and Jonathan share the secrets of the perfect Christmas crime novel.
Following the success of The Twelve Murders of Christmas, Sarah Dunnakey returns with The Christmas Dinner Murder, a fiendish tale of Christmas murder around the dinner table at renowned puzzler Audrey Peppertree’s lavish Christmas party. With over 25 puzzles to solve along with the detectives, can you crack the crime before Audrey’s goose is cooked?
Writing as JM Hall, Jonathan Hall is the author of the popular mysteries featuring retired schoolteachers Liz, Thelma and Pat, who made their debut in 2022 in A Spoonful of Murder. His latest novel takes to the tracks in Murder on the Cornish Express. Jonathan is also the writer of the award-winning radio comedy drama series, Trust, starring Julie Hesmondalgh.
Sarah and Jonathan are in conversation with Mark Wright and will be signing copies of their books on what is sure to be a perfect pre-Christmas night for all crime fiction fans.
Tickets are available for £6 to purchase through Eventbrite, or pop in-store.
