The Piece Hall plays a vital role in the UK’s cultural, heritage and industrial story. It’s vital that it is preserved and developed for current and future generations.

An independent report found that The Piece Hall has brought at least £26m into the local economy since we re-opened in 2017 and that every £1 spent running the building has led to £5.70 of investment outside our walls and that contribution matters now more than ever.

These are challenging times for many individuals and businesses, but by supporting The Piece Hall, you’re playing your part in preserving the world’s last remaining Georgian cloth hall.

The Piece Hall is a charitable trust, run for the benefit of all. The Piece Hall Trust operates a number of businesses within The Piece Hall which include The Trading Rooms, Blondins and The Deli. All profits made from these outlets go back into preserving this important architectural asset as well as creating jobs for local people.

Our year round events programme drives footfall into the building and supports our thriving tenant community and the wider town and Borough.
