Swedish alt-folk duo First Aid Kit have been added to the sensational headline line-up for Live at The Piece Hall 2022.

Sisters Klara and Johanna Söderberg have been wowing audiences around the world for more than a decade and they now head to Halifax on Thursday 23 June.

First Aid Kit join the likes of Duran Duran, Noel Gallagher’s High Flying Birds, Paloma Faith, Nile Rodgers & CHIC, Tom Grennan and Paul Weller among this summer’s headliners to perform in our open-air courtyard.

Twice nominated for Best International Group at the BRIT Awards, Klara and Johanna last year released their wondrous live tribute to Leonard Cohen – Who By Fire – which again won widespread critical acclaim.

This year they hit stages across Europe, USA, Canada as well as a festival appearance at Glastonbury.

Tickets go on general sale at 9am on Friday 25 March via ticketmaster.co.uk but members of The Piece Hall have access to a presale from 8am on Wednesday 23 March.

ESSENTIAL INFORMATION

Doors open 6pm.

Under 14’s must be accompanied by an adult, and under 6’s will not be permitted at the event.
