Escape the noise of daily life and immerse yourself in a deep, restorative sound bath designed to soothe your nervous system. Resting comfortably, you will be “bathed” in waves of sound—starting with the grounding heartbeat of the drum, moving into the gentle, nurturing harmonies of singing bowls, the mystical melodies of the handpan, and finally, the profound, resonant vibrations of the gong.
