Statement: The Trading Rooms
Today, Thursday 9 April 2026, The Piece Hall Trust has begun a formal consultation process to review the future of The Trading Rooms.
As part of this consultation, a small number of roles are potentially at risk of redundancy. Those affected have been notified, and over the coming weeks, we will engage with them fully, providing clear information and support. We will also continue to explore options for the future of The Trading Rooms.
We recognise that this news may be unsettling. The Piece Hall is committed to being open, transparent, and supportive throughout this process.
The contribution and dedication of all Trading Rooms employees is highly valued, and the consultation will be conducted fairly, respectfully, and in line with employment law.
