West Yorkshire Fire and Rescue Long Service Celebration
On the afternoon of Saturday 19 September, West Yorkshire Fire and Rescue Service will host its annual Long Service Awards, celebrating colleagues whose dedication and commitment have made a lasting difference to communities across West Yorkshire. The awards recognise staff for their many years of service.
Before the ceremony begins, members of the public are invited to The Piece Hall between 10.30am and 1pm to meet local crews and explore a range of fire engines and specialist vehicles. There will also be family-friendly crafts and activities, making it a great opportunity to learn more about the work of the fire and rescue service while enjoying a fun morning out.
