Nile Rodgers & CHIC with special guests Sophie Ellis-Bextor and Deco

Nile Rodgers & CHIC are not only the undisputed Kings of Disco but no strangers to The Piece Hall having played two sell-out shows here in 2022.

As part of TK Maxx presents Live at The Piece Hall 2024, they will be joined by very special guest disco queen Sophie Ellis–Bextor and 80s-inspired pop stars Deco who will open the show.

Nile, a multiple Grammy Award-winning composer, producer, arranger and guitarist, transcends all styles of music across every generation with a body of work that’s gained him inductions into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame and the Songwriters Hall of Fame.

As the co-founder of CHIC, he pioneered a musical language that generated chart-topping hits such as Le Freak, Good Times and Everybody Dance that sparked the advent of hip-hop.

His work with CHIC and his productions for artists such as David Bowie, Diana Ross and Madonna have sold more than 500 million albums and 75 million singles worldwide. His innovative, trendsetting collaborations with Daft Punk, Avicii, Sigala, Disclosure and Sam Smith reflect the vanguard of contemporary music.

General Admission – Access to general courtyard area.

Balcony Ticket – Access to upper covered balcony level with exclusive access to bar.

The Live at Lounge – A private VIP area with exclusive access to bar and toilet facilities and covered Live at Lounge top floor balcony with a panoramic view of the stage and courtyard. Includes fast track entry to the venue, a welcome drink (prosecco, beer or mocktail), and canapés. Plus, a souvenir lanyard. Our specialist hospitality hosting service will look after you throughout the evening.

ESSENTIAL INFORMATION

Doors open 6pm. Last entry is 8pm. The event will finish by approximately 11pm.

Under 14s must be accompanied by an adult, and under 6s will not be permitted at the event.
