Job Role
The Piece Hall Trust are looking to recruit a Finance & Payroll Assistant to join our busy Finance Department. Reporting to the Finance Director, the position will include being responsible for the preparation of payroll, purchases and payment of suppliers, banking and cash, sales, income and credit control, and year end accounts and audit support. The role will involve delivering financial processes that are timely, accurate and compliant, whilst assisting the Management Accountant and Finance Director where necessary.
The ideal candidate will have previous experience in payroll, purchase ledger and sales ledger. We are looking for someone who has a keen eye for detail, has the ability to work under their own initiative and as part of the wider team, and can keep up with our dynamic and fast-paced environment.
