A year-round store specialising in festive themed ornaments and gifts.

Run by Frances Bournes, who has been associated with The Piece Hall for many years, the idea for the shop came when she was chatting with her family. Having been a partner in the long standing model shop, Replicar, which has been at The Piece Hall since 1986, she knew that was where she wanted to be.

A Piece of Christmas opened its doors the first week of September 2018 and Frances believes there is a market all year round especially for particular items such as lighting. A stockist for prestigious giftware company Gisela Graham, she is also in talks to produce an exclusive Piece Hall themed collectable.

Over the coming weeks, The Piece Hall may look a little different as our historic courtyard is transformed once again into the spectacular open-air arena for TK Maxx presents Live at The Piece Hall. While work is taking place, the South Gate entrance may be temporarily closed at times, so please use our other three entrances when visiting. Our shops, bars, cafés, restaurants and heritage spaces all remain open and trading as usual throughout the build period.
